• Responsible for OSAT change management projects ensuring projects are executed fulfilling project requirements.
• Responsible for automotive package outline design change, bill of material 2nd source, or assembly process improvement qualification to meet automotive business needs.
• Manage subcontractors PCN (Product change notice) and executive change projects.
• Identify package level opportunities for cost down and executes cost down projects.
• Support Front End wafer related change management
Responsible for Subcon (OSAT) Test Engineering support across all
Infineon subcons
? OSAT Test Equipment/Platform Management and OEE
monitoring and improvement activities.
? Initiate and implement projects for Test site qualification and
ramp-up for additional test capability and capacity.
Responsible for implementation of Test procedures and Specs
Product change notices (PCN), Engineering change notices (ECN),
Quality systems and other relevant procedures
? Participation in activities related to test engineering in
Change Management, Yield setting, Projects milestones,
Quality and operations.
? Interface with product engineering, test development
engineering, planning quality, business units and subcon test
engineering
