【Engineering Task Management】

【Schedule Management】
Develop development schedule and Design Content Roll-out Plan (DCRP) based on customer expectation, milestones and internal milestones and manage it not to slip dead line. Customer negotiation included.
【Deliverables/Documents/Drawing management】
Clarify and Develop/Provide required deliverables in a timely manner not to miss milestones.
【Customer management】
Understand customer expectations and increase customer satisfactions in technically.
【RFI/RFQ technical lead】
Lead to clarify/organize RFI/RFQ analysis and to prepare for feedback/PPT, working with global Discipline team

・Customer Interface and Expert for ADAS

【Tasks】
Management of Passive Safety Electronics application team for leading Japanese OEM. Application team is located both in Yokohama, Japan and Detroit-area, Michigan.
Responsibility for engineering design, development and launch of airbag control units and associated sensors.
Co-ordination and co-operation with other company's groups (e.g., Platform Development, Purchasing, Sales, Operations, Quality, etc.)
Ensure that competitive products are developed for the customer and are delivered on-time and on-budget.
Lead customer interaction and communication on engineering topics.
【Major Responsibilities 】
・Drive engineering methods, processes and tool set up related to Functional Safety across company's DivisionU organization.
・Drive work packages related to Functional Safety and the specific assigned area, identify stakeholder within business unit and company, drive improvements with respect to strategy, methodology, processes and tool set up.
・Drive roll-out and train locations to support harmonization of procedures to prepare Safety Cases.
・Monitor and measure application and usage of procedures, strategies, templates and tools.
・Provide guidance and support to Division U product line engineers in their daily business as requested and required.
【Major Responsibilities 】
To understand of system specification and work other functional team members in creating test procedure and plan, to check system functions and performance on vehicle.
2. Prepare test vehicle and requirements to meet testing requirements, including electrical and mechanical vehicle modification.
3. Conduct HIL, vehicle testing on test courses and public roads, including overseas location. Activities involve function check of test system and field data collection.
4. Generate test result report and communicate with development team, providing details of issues encountered in the field.
5. On-site support, including visits to customer test course, assembly plants, to ensure production readiness in system assembly processes to vehicles.
6. Proactively work together with global team, both remotely and directly in overseas locations.
