- 【Responsibility】
1) Defines development targets, as well as customers' requirements and prepares the internal requirement manual (IRM)
2) Documents development steps and results and presents them internally and externally
3) Plans and supervises the development progress (timing) and the spending curve of the development budget
4) Develops concepts and supports respective benchmarks
5) Controls the feasibility and conducts design-FMEAs
6) Conducts tolerance investigations and develops dimensioning concepts
7) Plans and supervises prototype build, prototype tests and experiments
8) Participates in the preparation of testing specifications
9) Develops engineering specifications
10) Supports the value analysis and develops concepts for cost reductions
11) Prepares approvals according to the Milestone system
12) Provides technical documents for cost estimation
13) Supports the technical assessment of suppliers
14) Defines technical guidelines (drw, BOM,...) for design and cost estimation

■求める経験
1) Fluent business communication in English and Japanese, communicative
2) 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Automotive Industry, Engine/Exhaust preferable
3) Responsible for the sales management of multiple projects (K1-K3) in coordination with account manager
4) Conducts negotiations with customers
