【Goal of position】
・This position was created to lead and coordinate product development activities in a structured way and provide technical lead and expert advice to the engineering team.
・Developing requirements in close exchange with key customers is an integral part of this.
・Major focus areas are sensor systems for robotics and Industry 4.0 incl. electronics and
software.
・The solutions are not limited only to industrial　application but they can be extendto automotive applications as well.

【Description of main tasks】
・to acquire market and technology trends
・to provide specification of products and solution in accordance with customer’s　requirements
・to lead and coordinate R&D activities of sensor systems
・to advise and instruct sensor engineering team
・to lead projects for development of complex mechatronic systems
・plan and coordinate validation of product performance as well as technical
documentation
・to lead advanced projects for development of new products with USPs

応募条件

■求める経験
・University graduate, preferable with experience on　development of mechatronic　systems, sensor systems or　robotics.
・high level of expertise in sensor electronics and software design
・minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, ideally in a technical leadership or exposed　expert position
・project management skills
・experience in communicating with external customers
・communication and negotiation skills
・ability to work within global multicultural and interdisciplinary environment
・ability and willingness to travel domestic and overseas
