- 【Major Responsibilities 】
・Drive engineering methods, processes and tool set up related to Functional Safety across company's DivisionU organization.
・Drive work packages related to Functional Safety and the specific assigned area, identify stakeholder within business unit and company, drive improvements with respect to strategy, methodology, processes and tool set up.
・Drive roll-out and train locations to support harmonization of procedures to prepare Safety Cases.
・Monitor and measure application and usage of procedures, strategies, templates and tools.
・Provide guidance and support to Division U product line engineers in their daily business as requested and required. - ポジション

■求める経験
・Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Systems Engineering or similar discipline
・8 + years of experience is preferred; Affinity to drive simplification and automation of processes
・Knowledge in development and design of embedded systems, especially with respect to systems engineering and Functional Safety, including related standards as ASPICE and ISO26262
・Strong understanding of V-Model and convinced attitude for requirements-based development and its application
・Deep knowledge in at least one of the areas: project management from initiation to release, requirements and design (eg CPRE or INCOSE related), verification /validation or analyses (related to ISO26262) - 求める人物像
