Looking for a new colleague in the Electronics and ADAS Division at our location in Yokohama,

【Tasks】
Management of Passive Safety Electronics application team for leading Japanese OEM. Application team is located both in Yokohama, Japan and Detroit-area, Michigan.
Responsibility for engineering design, development and launch of airbag control units and associated sensors.
Co-ordination and co-operation with other company's groups (e.g., Platform Development, Purchasing, Sales, Operations, Quality, etc.)
Ensure that competitive products are developed for the customer and are delivered on-time and on-budget.
Lead customer interaction and communication on engineering topics.

■求める経験
・University degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or comparable qualifications.
・Experience in managing engineering teams.
・Experience in developing and launching automotive products.
・Very good Japanese language skills and good English language skills.
・Ability to work independently, show good decision making capabilities and lead a global team.
