仕事内容

【Major Responsibilities】
・Plan and manage the execution of the overall program /Supplemental restraint system.

・Track program deliverables, profitability, budget and timing; Report the overall status of the program within the organization on a regular basis.
・Support customer regular meetings and overall customer communication; Work closely with Application Engineering and Sales in order to identify and address customer requests.

・Identify potential risks and establish mitigation plans; Conduct regular meetings with the project team.
・Organize and conduct ZF internal milestone meetings (Gate Reviews).

応募条件

■求める経験
・Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written) is a must. Business level Japanese is a must. Candidate must be able to communicate to the customer or company's strategic partners in Japanese via phone or by emails.
・Technical background in Engineering (Mechanical engineering experiences is preferred).
・5 years or more Project Management experience (Mechanical products project experiences is preferred).Work experience with different cultures; Work experience with Japanese car manufacturers or automotive parts manufacturers
・Good communication skills.
