【MAIN TASK】
・Analysis of Customer requirements ? functional and nonfunctional
・Technical feasibility analysis for customer requirements
・Creation of technical proposals with support from core development team
・Inter domain coordination / technical conflict resolution
・Support of our customers with regard to specification and performance
・Negotiate with customers with respect to performance specification
・Support electronic product activities with the Japanese customers in order to gain business for company's both in the domestic market and with the transplants in Europe, NAFTA and Asia.
・Create and provide technical presentations to Japanese OEM customers and keep the relevant company's organizations constantly informed of their activities
・Write visit and development reports and provide other written and oral reports necessary to support the activities
・Provide Japanese/English translation on documents, when necessary
・Gather and provide technical and commercial market information re

■求める経験
【REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE】
・5-8 years experience in Mechatronics
・Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics
・Fluent in both Japanese and English languages
・Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
・Open, outgoing and self-motivated
・Understanding of Japanese business culture
・Experience of having worked in a multi-cultural environment is desirable
