What you will do
? Set up new external manufacturing sites / flows together with BG and SCM. Act as key interface between Nexperia and external manufacturing sites, channel requirements
? Manage external manufacturing site operations to support supply chain / delivery management
? Review the manufacturing data/project to ensure both wafer delivery and new technology/product project is on track
? Immediate actions to contain any potential excursion/scrap event that disrupts the supply chain and followed by recovery process.
? Review / manage production WIP status, yield, product KPI in regular base
? Lead foundry to create yield enhancement plan, provide NPI and tape-out support, and manage process related product reliability issues.
? Support Development Projects, coordinate key new technology development and NPI project
? Lead the planning and implementation of project
? Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

The Field/Product Application Engineer is part of the Sales & Marketing department, and work closely with the Business Lines, Sales and Marketing team. This role supports the account sales team and customer base by providing application engineering support, demand creation, product value propositions and training. This individual drives all necessary technical support actions to secure demand creation at automotive equipment customers, on a wide Standard Product portfolio, consisting of small Signal Discretes (including ESD/EMI filtering), Logic and Power MOSFETs.

・The Software Engineer position will be a member of company's automotive software engineering team in Tokyo, Japan, serving for Automotive System Division (ASD) Japan customers.
