【BASIC FUNCTION】
This position acts as a main interface between customers and companyin global team. You will be responsible for transition of customer needs/requirements into company’s global development process and its execution. A key goal is to achieve flawless launching with customers’ satisfaction.

【ESSENTIAL DUTIES】
・Manage Branded Audio System(Audio amplifiers and Speakers) projects.
・Responsible for all Engineering and Project Management executions, which are related to JOEM　projects you will be in charge.
・Understand technical details of the products used in systems, both electrical and mechanical.
・Serve as lead program interface with customer.
・Identify program issues as early as possible and drive resolution at the team level.
・Take leadership in coordination and negotiation with internal/external stakeholders to achieve the goal.

・+10 years of Electronics Engineering Experience,
・+5 years in Automotive Engineering Experience,
・Customer Interfacing Experience, with JOEMs, preference with Toyota
・Excellent written and verbal communication skill both in Japanese and English
