【Position Summary】
Principal Systems Engineer is a leadership position with exposure to senior management within company. This position will support the development and vehicle integration of the amplifier and audio technologies for the Lifestyle automotive division.

【Job Responsibilities】
The Principal Systems Engineer will be responsible for supporting all aspects of system and function development following the defined development lifecycle processes. The engineer must be capable of analyzing specifications, developing system architecture, integrating components into vehicle systems, and validating vehicle systems to verify functionality.

■求める経験
【Basic Qualifications】
・Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
・10+ years of microcontroller embedded software development.
・Experience developing and debugging software in a real-time, embedded, multiprocessor, multi-interface environment.
・Experienced working with vehicle networking (CAN, MOST, etc) and diagnostics (UDS, KWP2000).
・Working knowledge of software development tools (debugger’s, emulators, compilers, etc).
・Ability to read schematics and debug analog and digital hardware.
・Able to use oscilloscope and logic analyzer for troubleshooting.
・Working knowledge of embedded operating systems, software development processes and process models such as CMMI or ASPICE.

【Preferred Qualifications & Desired Competencies】
・Experience or familiarity with AUTOSAR
・Experience writing low level drivers
・Experience with embedded RTOS
・Experience with Renesas V850 / RH850 and/or TI J6 microcontrollers
・Experience or familiarity with model-based system development
・Experience working with JOEMs, especially Toyota.
