【Supervisory Responsibilities】
This position will have supervisory responsibility to manage 5-10 engineers.
【Job Responsibilities】
Sr Program Manager manages cross-functional teams to introduce new infotainment systems for OEM automotive customers.

【ESSENTIAL DUTIES】
・Japan RFI/RFQ lead and Customer Requirement Management lead for infotainment OEMs such as Toyota, Subaru, Suzuki, Yamaha, Nissan, Honda, and Mazda.
・Support CBUs in customer acquisition projects from first inquiry to business award as well as defining the long term strategy.
・Develop and maintain key technology relationships with customers, partners and industry leaders
・Communicate the strategy and product roadmap within the organization and to Japanese OEMs.
・Team building and actively connecting members with the global company's network to establish One company.
・Foster positive environment to create high-achieving team: treat all members with respect, encourage constructive dissent, re-focus team members when they ge

■求める経験
【Education】
・Bachelor’s degree in engineering or hard science. Advanced degree preferred.

【Experience】
・Twelve years combined experience in program management, sales, quality, design engineering, process engineering, or materials.
・At least five years in leadership position (functional manager, group leader, program manager, etc.).
・At least five years of experience in quality, process engineering, or design engineering.
・Must be able to demonstrate many successful projects from concept through production.
・Should have achieved “high-potential” or similar designation for substantial portions of career.
・Strong networking within global company's organization.
