- ・Support sales activities and materialize business models in OEM, Factory Automation & end customer
・Support sales activities mainly Japanese market with focus on company's Industrial 4.0 portfolio
solutions (Mechatronics, Digital Business Models & Digital Service Solutions)
・Supporting to establish strategic partnerships with (global) market players in the context of Industry 4.0
(e.g. FA or IT relevant companies)
・Technically support Sales Engineers for assigned customers and its Industrial 4.0 market
・Responsible to design mainly technical and partly commercial concepts and partly business models
based on company's Industry 4.0 portfolio as well as available partner portfolio.
・Cooperation with overseas colleagues and supporting domestic and overseas events, development projects, (house-fair, exhibition, etc)
・Track and monitor ongoing Industry 4.0 projects
・Support Product Development Process
・Execute Order Generation Process
・Providing internal and external training

■求める経験
【Requirements (Must have)】
・Bachelor of Electronics
・3~5 years field experience in Factory Automation market
・Experience of business strategy establishment
・Good customer negotiation skill
・Languages: Japanese (Native Speaker level) and English (TOEIC level of more than 700)
・MS office general skill
・Proven problem solving and root cause analysis skills
・Ability to work unsupervised
・Comfortable dealing with customers
・Training and presentations skills
・Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of plant personnel from hourly workers through upper management
・Strong computer skills
・Technical sales or technical sales support experience preferred
・Self motivated, position requires entrepreneur
【Requirements (Ideal)】
・Knowledge in the fields of (sorted by priority)
1 Factory Automation (e.g. Programing experience in PLC)
2 Electronics
3 Data communication (WAN/ LAN protocols and remote communication)
4 Electrical engineering
5 Condition monitoring
6 Mechanical engineering
・Project management experience (especially for product development for machatronics)
・Bearing experience (market failure handling, calculation, etc)
・Work experience for mechanical engineering
【語学】
・English moderate level (TOEIC more than 700)
