- ・Conducting sales activity to create sales and materialize business models in OEM, Factory
Automation & end customer
・Penetrate into mainly Japanese market with focus on company's Industrial 4.0 portfolio solutions (Mechatronics, Digital Business Models & Digital Service Solutions)
・Establishment of strategic partnerships with (global) market players in the context of Industry 4.0 (e.g. FA or IT relevant companies)
・Responsible for business growth for assigned customers and its Industrial 4.0 market
・Responsible to design both technical and financial business models based on company's Industry 4.0 portfolio as well as on available partner portfolio (e.g. e-F@ctory Alliance Partners)
・Cooperation with overseas colleagues for oversea events, development projects, etc
・Coordination relevant event (house-fair, exhibition, etc)

■求める経験
【Requirements (Must have)】
Bachelor of Mechatronics
3~5 years sales experience in industrial market
Experience of business strategy establishment
Good customer negotiation skill
Language skill in Japanese (Native Speaker level) and English (TOEIC level of more than
700)
MS office general skill
Experience in the fields of (sorted by priority)
1 Factory Automation
2 Electronics
3 Data communication (WAN/ LAN protocols and remote communication)
4 Electrical engineering
5 Mechanical engineering
【Requirements (Ideal)】
Experience in the fields of (sorted by priority)
Condition monitoring
Programing of PLC in Ladder Diagram (LD), Structured Text (ST), C++
Project handling
【語学】
・Business level (TOEIC more than 700)
・Facilitating meeting, presentation and negotiation would be possible
