Candidate is located at company's Utsunomiya office to support the company's Technical Project Manager on technical aspect of development, integration & introduction to manufacturing of products.
【Responsibilities】
<Techincal activities>;
The position encompasses the following supporting tasks and responsibilities:
・System Requirement Engineering, specification of system requirements, derivation of requirements on mechanical, HW and SW components.
・Product Specification,planning of system tests.
・Making design justification (DFMEA), functional safety analysis (ASIL B) if needed
・System validation, test analysis and result sonsolidation
・First level support to the customer regarding system design and validation.
・Close coordination with Development center in Europe.
・Ensure application of company's standards.
・Support business development: customer demo, attend lo

・Support technically project development as System Engineer (P&D PTM) Product scope: Steering Wheel Switches (SWS),Switches.
・Field application engineer for business acquisition (RFI/RFQ, TBTE)
・Improve development efficiency and system innovation.
・Description - External Methodology Contributes to the definition of the software methodology in accordance with SW Dpt Manager. Ensures the correctness and the execution of the technical design reviews on his projects.
・Management Manage the resources of his projects (status progress, tasks, ...) Validates and optimizes the workload plan for his projects. Drives the weekly meeting of his team.
・Technical Management Contributes to identification of the required standard bricks in accordance with SW Metier Manager. Contributes to identification of the required standard tools in accordance with SW Metier Manager. Contributes to the capitalizations and the required evolutions to improve the development processes. Contributes to identification of the required make or buy strategy in accordance SW Metier Manager. Manage the SW Planning and action plan. Manage the change management of his project and prepare the SwCCB Manage the Requirement Management.

【Quality and Production Preparation】
・Secure Project resources and control them
・Drive the Associated P2 Actors in case of P2 not completed in P1
・Solve all project issues requiring any type of support of all suitable functions via the Project Escalation
・Check and validate Project Team Members' activities and proposes timing scenario to achieve milestones
・Could conduct concept competitions to obtain customer orders (prefer: on case by case...)
・Define and manage his/her budget including the budget of Projects part of his/her Project/System
・Define scope of projects
・Prepare decision making process for relevant committee and challenge his project team readiness
・Prepare
for CDA (Comfort Driving Assistance), CCC (Connected Car) Product Group.
