Plan and implement product communication and advocacy related programs (Product communication, TA branding, patient advocacy, risk management, etc.) by closely working with internal stakeholders (brand team, medical team, Ethics & Compliance, Legal etc.) as well as external stake holders (patients groups, journalists and medical professionals) to maximize internal/external awareness of on-the-market and pipeline products, and also to accelerate launch of new products, increase disease awareness, and protect /enhance Japan’s corporate and products brand.
・Develop and implement product-related external/internal communications plans/campaigns aligned with brand strategies, while identifying communication opportunities and threats in the external environment and incorporate them into the plan appropriately. Plan/implementation includes the followings.
・Development of PR materials- e.g. press release, standby statement, factbook, Facebook contents, etc.
・Handling media inquiries

・Lead BI/Data platform delivery initiatives, leveraging tools such as Power BI and databases including Microsoft SQL, SSAS, and SSIS.
・Design and implement data models and data sources to meet comprehensive BI/reporting requirements.
・Drive the standardization of BI reports and data to ensure consistency and accuracy across the organization.
・Foster a culture of self-service analytics, enabling users to customize reports and derive insights pertinent to their roles.
・Ensure compliance with data governance standards and best practices for BI systems.
The Business Analysis Manager is responsible for building strong collaborative relationships with a specific focus on the Japan business teams. Provide strong statistical leadership in the process of drug development.
The statistical analyst provides strong leadership in the process of drug development, by preparing CDISC complied databases, statistical summary table/figures in accordance with a schedule. During the development of protocol designs, data analysis plans, and regulatory interactions, it is expected to collaborate with relevant study team members and provide assists from statistical analyst point of view.
◆Statistical Analysis Results Delivery
・Operate in collaboration with global counterparts to prepare CRT packages appropriately meet with regulatory requirements.
・Understand selecting statistical methods for data analysis, then prepare programing codes for delivering analysis datasets and outputs accordingly.
・Collaborate with data management in the planning and implementation of data quality assurance plans.
