仕事内容

【Mission】
・You are a HW engineer for company's Telematics e-call unit (TCU) mass production development team of award business.
・You are belonging to Japan local support team lead by System engineer.
・Your main role is a local support to the HW engineering items. Working close with our customer and with Company's oversea design engineer.
A local support to all customer sites vehicle test and system test are assigned to you.

【Responsibilities】
＜Methodology＞
・Based on company's platform and customer requirements, work close with our customer to clarify their all expectations and feed back to company's design team.
・A local support for customer issue reports is one of your major role. Find the root cause, and find the counter measure discussing with internal design engineer.

【Technical activities】
The position encompasses the following tasks and responsibilities:
・Customer requirement analysis. Work with customer to clarify their expectations.

■求める経験
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE (specify the domain and the number of years)
(a). R&D experieice 5years
(b). Appriciate knowledge/development experience with
Telematics unit (TCU), E-call system, HELPNET
Cellular Phone industry, Telecom network
Navigation head unit system
(b).Japan local engineering (lead) for the J-OEM customer.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS (specify the area of expertise, if necessary)
・System engineering view (requrement analysis, validation process, DOORS, Functional safety, DRBFM)
・Knowledge of vehicle standard protocols, tools ( CAN, LIN, UART, CANoe, CANalyzer, National Instruments, Network simulator, EMC, Oscilloscope, soldering, etc…)
・Have good communication skills with our customers and internal
・Have good documentation skills (Requirements, specs, issue report)

HIGHER EDUCATION/DEGREES
University or college degree in engineering, electronics, informatics

Language (specify the level of proficiency required)
Japanese : Native~ High business level (for customer communication)
Fluent in English. (for company's communication)
