【Mission Generic】
Ensure Project performance objectives(Quality,Cost,Profitability,Delivery,
Timing) in the management of complex Projects: big, strategic, with a huge stake; Ensure Program or System coordination to achieve all projects launch(es) in compliance with Company and Customer expectations. In the case of driving many sub-projects he/she is main customer interface for his /her System/Program; coach P1 Projects Managers.

【Mission Specific】
・Support developments of CCC projects in Japan.
・Develop CCC business in Japan/Asean region.
・Ensure flawless development of current CCC awarded business (Suzuki TCU) and future awards.
・Define most suitable project organization for all projects to maxmize customer satisfaction.
・Manage development of new activity with DOCOMO to develop new products and new services in corporation with company.
・Today CCC portfolio is including: High end microphones, PEPS systems, virtual key and related business, wireless charger, Telecommunication cont

■求める経験
・Engineering/Master degree
・Development Standards knowledge (V cycle)
・Personal skills to manage functional organization
・Company's development methodology or equivalent.
・Financial skills on Development costs, Product costs and Mnufacturing costs.
・Knowledge of Automotive development(5/7 years)
・Get successful development experience as OEM application Project Manager (10 years)
・English mandatory
