【Job Scope】
The Account Manager is a part of Global Sales Account Team. The Account Manager is responsible for customer commercial interface and for coordination for Braking business in global
market (Include current business maintenance & new business). He/she needs to lead the projects both internally and externally.
【Major Responsibilities】
・Customer commercial interface for braking EPB/EPBi business
・Make necessary coordination for current & new business
・Research customer needs and make proactive proposal for new products/technology & improvements on current programs
・Lead GDPIM and prepare customer quotation
・Lead MZK activity.
・Manage prototype orders and delivery schedule
・Model based development of vehicle control algorithms for customer functions such as but not limited to ACC or AEB
・Application, tuning and test of the functions in simulations and in the vehicle
・Creation of test specifications for simulation and vehicle environment
・Follow software development process as defined in ISO26262 and A-SPICE
・Documentation of algorithms and creation of function specifications
・Review of specifications and getting approvals for documentation
・Attend joint tests and track issues and take them to completion
・Maintain efficient communication and provide close cooperation with customer (OEM)
・Visiting customer facility for meetings or joint work (1~2 days per week)
・Attend or organize weekly review meeting with the internal teams, reporting to management.

・Capture and analyze customer and industry requirements relevant to Active safety product and derive it into system level design based on functional and non-functional requirements.

・Capture and trace the consistency of requirements utilizing DOORS
・Work closely with Core and cross-functional team to analyze all internal requirements and ensure requirement quality.

To understand of system specification and work other functional team members in creating test procedure and plan, to check system functions and performance on vehicle.
2. Prepare test vehicle and requirements to meet testing requirements, including electrical and mechanical vehicle modification.
3. Conduct HIL, vehicle testing on test courses and public roads, including overseas location. Activities involve function check of test system and field data collection.
4. Generate test result report and communicate with development team, providing details of issues encountered in the field.
5. On-site support, including visits to customer test course, assembly plants, to ensure production readiness in system assembly processes to vehicles.
6. Proactively work together with global team, both remotely and directly in overseas locations.
