- <Mission>
・Manage the APZ under his/her responsibility, in respect to the objectives assigned by the APU Manager.
・Be responsible for production in terms of SQCDM and targets achievement.
・Be responsible for animating and managing the teams of TQ,IP,&VPS.
・Lead continuos improvement of his/her perimeter.
・Spend most of time genba.

■求める経験
・大卒・高専卒以上
Experience in manufacturing, or process engineering - methods(2-3 years), or beginner with previous training in manufacturing.
・Local and english desirable
・Excellent oral communication skills and a high degree of flexibility.
・Problem solving skills using tools such as PDCA,FTA, and process mapping
・Genba oriented
