仕事内容

・Determine and track project targets within the project team and in agreement with the customer and the line organization.
・Initiate and drive decisions in the project in order to achieve the project targets.
・Ensure the quality of internal and external reporting and communication flow in the project as well as the customer and company's functional departments.
・Create and implement lessons learned.
・Create, track, report, and manage the project in line with the agreed budget.
・Determine the project meeting structure and moderate the project meetings and design reviews.
・Implement and drive appropriate change management and controls.
・Create a master program timing to satisfy the customers and internal requirements for product configuration, cost, performance and timing.
・Identify program deficiencies and provide recovery recommendations.
・Identify concerns and initiate corrective actions (through verification) relating to product, process, and quality systems.

応募条件

■求める経験
・Bachelor’s degree minimum, preferably advanced degree in appropriate technical or business field.
・5-10 years of experience in an automotive/engineering environment.
・Work history should demonstrate good program management, problem solving skills, decision-making, and executive presentational ability.
・Knowledge of customer-specific requirements.
・Must be fluent in P.C. applications to be able to track budget and analyze spreadsheets.
・Good communication skills
・Able to work in a multi cultural, international environment.
・Basic PC skill (Excel, Word, Power Point, ev. SAP ect.)
・Working level English skill (Tel, Telecoference, meeting)
