仕事内容

【Mission】
The Process Engineer is responsible to ensure a smooth running system and software development process, method and tool-chain in his projects. He supports PM, R&D PTM and SW PM to identify gaps and inefficiencies. He coaches the projects team to process method and tools topics, or makes sure they get the coaching from respective sources. He takes gaps identified by SYS & SW Quality reviews, customer reviews or other reviews and tracks them to closure. He works closely together and is supported by the Process Owners and Key Users in the PL, PG, BG, and SMART and CDA PM&T departments.

応募条件

■求める経験
・Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Science or Mathematics.
・Experience in Quality (2 years)
・Experience in the software development process, system engineering methodologies, and test techniques.
・Experience in training or monitoring peers in engineering methodologies.
・Experience in embedded SW/SY development (autotomotive Experience is a plus)
