仕事内容

【Major Responsibilities】
・Prepare and rework the total project plan including time and budget planning in accordance to GDPIM
・Margin and profit responsibility for product / investments / tooling and development.
・Coordination of Advanced Quality Planning
・Leads the project teams
・Management of modifications during the development process.
・Organize and perform GDPIM phase exit reviews.
・Responsible for budget planning
・Responsible for meeting customer and company's milestones
・Total project cost control (CQA, PWA, Development, Tooling, Investment and Product
・Account Manager Support acquisition and current production activities in cooperation with the account manager

応募条件

■求める経験
・Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written) is a must. Business level Japanese is a must. Candidate must be able to communicate to the customer or company's strategic partners in Japanese via phone or by emails.
・Technical background in Engineering (Mechanical engineering experiences is preferred).
・5 years or more Project Management experience (Mechanical products project experiences is preferred).Work experience with different cultures; Work experience with Japanese car manufacturers or automotive parts manufacturers
・Good communication skills.
