・Japan RFI/RFQ lead and Customer Requirement Management lead for infotainment OEMs such as Toyota, Subaru, Suzuki, Yamaha, Nissan, Honda, and Mazda.
・Support CBUs in customer acquisition projects from first inquiry to business award as well as defining the long term strategy.
・Develop and maintain key technology relationships with customers, partners and industry leaders
・Communicate the strategy and product roadmap within the organization and to Japanese OEMs.
・Insure prompt decision-making is executed by promoting consensus decisions, intervening when consensus decision-making fails, and making unilateral decisions in the case of a deadlock.
・Understand all of the technical detail of the products used in all systems, both electrical and mechanical.

【Position Summary】
The System / Customer Engineering Manager (S/CEM) will own engineering pre-development of Lifestyle products for a customer base. In this role, the S/CEM will lay the foundations for successful programs by collaborating with the customer on vehicle-system level solutions for audio early in a vehicle’s design cycle. With a global cross-functional team, he / she will be responsible for planning, managing, and completing the pre-development of Lifestyle products. The team will consist of core engineering groups, concept teams, and customer interface teams in Japan. This position will drive a world-class engineering pre-development experience to exceed customer expectations for performance, feature set, size, weight, and cost while adhering to high quality processes / standards.
