仕事内容

・Focus on improving the quality within project environment
・Responsible for planning, control and approval of quality activities in projects in respect to timely delivery.
・Carry out reviews on development deliverables
・Functional contact in Projects for Engineering quality topics.
・Interface between Engineering and TRW plants.
・Reports regularly to management
・Focus on quality-oriented product and process development by use of quality methods (e.g. Six Sigma tools, Lessons Learned, Best Practice and DFSS).
・Structuring of all arising quality tasks, preparation and monitoring of actions.
・Identify systematic issues between ongoing projects
・Organize and lead quality meetings and close actions from Workshops
(e.g. DFM/DFMEA/PFMEA Workshops)
・Support ensuring the Information consistency between engineering-plants (e.g. D-FMEA, P-FMEA and Control plan)
・Transfer "Lessons-Learn" into ongoing projects
・Improve the System Quality in the Engineering center

応募条件

■求める経験
・Several years of experience in quality management
・Very good knowledge and experience in project management and organization
・Practical audit experience and experience in applying different quality tools and methods (eg. Six-Sigma, 5-Why, 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, APQP, SPC, DOE and root cause analysis)

・Excellent quality awareness and high customer orientation
・Good communication and team skills
・Assertiveness
・Self-employed and self-initiative work
