＜lead and manage large international projects on robot component development＞
・obtain and discuss requirements with customers
・responsibility for budget, schedule, quality
・coordinate globally distributed teams of experts
・responsibilty for development goals regarding performance and costs
・coordinate and align industrialization of products
・coordinate work packagges in mechanics, electronics, software and manufacturing

・report status to board of management
・direct responsibility for mangement of Japanese R&D team

応募条件

■求める経験
【Requirements (Must have)】
・Bachelor in Engineering or similar
minimum of 8 years experience in management or project management
・sound knowledge and practical experience in management of complex projects
・experience in related industry such as automation technology, power transmission or similar
・basic knowledge of industrial robot technology and market
・good communication skills

【Requirements (Ideal)】
Master or Ph.D. in robotics, systems engineering or similar
experience in robotics or robot component supplier industry
sound knowledge of industrial robot technology and market
knowledge on production technology with focus on mechanical components

【語学】
・Business level （TOEIC more than 700）
