・Ensure customer satisfaction through a clear QCDDM follow-up and associated action plan. The KAM is the leader of this plan
・Build company's Customer Development strategy with:
-necessary action plan to grow strong at his/her customers
-customer RFI/RFQ cycle plan to anticipate customer needs and
associated products
-volume forecast
・Drive and build the technical productivity road map together with the project managers and the manufacturing plants to reach customer ambitions of 5% savings per year

? Ensure the development and profitable growth of sales with the customer he/she has in charge in his/her
region, defining the sales strategy to be implemented.

? Ensure that the customers’ requirements are all identified and well understood by the project teams.
? Determine the sales price objectives according to his knowledge of the market and competitors position.
? Initiate and conduct all possible actions in order to be able to submit, within the time limits, a competitive
quotation technically and economically.
? Participate in project teams in order to explain and defend the customer’s viewpoint in terms of quality,costs, delivery times and in order to satisfy their technical requirements.

【Job Summary】
In relation to specific accounts, develop new business, and coordinate new product development, customer launches and all other commercial issues in order to meet company's commercial objectives.
【Job Description】
・Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships through the effective management and co-ordination of all commercial activities with nominated customer accounts.
・Provide clear and prompt pricing, sales and forecasted volume data to support the preparation of both local plant and regional budgets.
・Provide accurate monthly sales report and make comparison with frozen sales plan.
・Assist in the preparation and active update of the Live Medium Term Plan (MTP) as a key member of the business development team.
・As key customer interface, master customer working procedures, and prepare business development strategy specific to allocated customers.
Key Account Manager : To promote and sell Mobile Communication related (Smartphone, Wireless Module, CPE) and Home Entertainment related( Tablet, Camera, WiFi, Audio, BD & DVD, TV and ASIC) chipsets and build up solid relationship with customers/partners.
? Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
? Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
? Communicate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
? Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and
executive sponsors
? Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
and objectives
? Clearly communicate the progress of bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal
and external stakeholders
? Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet
sales quotas
? Forecast and track key account metrics
? Prepare reports on account status
? Collaborate with sales/marke
