As representative for R&D in project team, you are the interface between Customers and company's teams. You pilot at the customer’s premises the R&D functions during the whole project development and support the company's Technical Project Manager with the technical management of development, integration & introduction to manufacturing of products.

・System Requirement Engineering,specification of system requiremens,derivation of requirements on HW and SW components,geometrical/mechanical integration of system compenents.

The main responsibilities of the role of PTM:
・Ensures smooth communication between the R&D Team and customer in regards to all R&D related topics at s+stem level.
・Breaks down the R&D scope of the system product using a functional decomposition.
・Drives the requirement management process for the R:D scope of the product and ensures that System requirements
are mapped to Functions/Features and Function Owners.
・Establishes and monitors a Level 2 R&D schedule aligned with the customer and company's milestones and the R&D Team.
・Defines the content of Releases (internal and to the customer) in alignment with the customer and drives the release
process.
・Manages the R&D Core Team and to ensures the alignment of all involved development Metiers such as System Architect, Function Owner Lead, Software PM Lead, Test Management Lead, Configuration Manager, and Functional Safety Manager.

・Responsible for understanding OEM system requirement specifications and functional requirements as main technical
contact between customer and company's development team.
・Construct and execute the function development plan, validation plan and testing for integration to the vehicle.
・Define software architecture and specification to achieve customer requirements
・Specify System Requirement, evaluation / development of system components
・Design of software features and requirements according to company's standards based on customer’s request
・Help to get consensus for both customer and company's R&D at overseas sites.
・Required translation of technical documents for understanding by overseas team.
・Must have excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to work with customers effectively.
・Provide guidance to the team member’s activities to improve the quality and to solve the issues.
The main responsibilities of the role of CDV(Comfort Driving Assistant) RO(Regional Operation ) R&D Manager/Director:
・Responsible for understanding OEM Driving Assistance system product specifications and functional requirements as
main technical contact between customer and company's R&D teams.
・Construct and execute the Driving Assistance system product development plan, validation plan and testing for
integration to the vehicle.
・Must follow the company' s standards.
・Manage customer relationship and keep communicate with company's R&D team regularly.
・Manage group members and related activities. Organize group member’s task assignment and training plan.
