【Mission】
・Achieve KPIs of the segment(s) in charge
・Contribute to fulfilling business goals of the department

【Responsibilities】
? Segment Management :
- Contributes to the creation of the Group segment(s) 1-3-5 year strategy with Group Indirect Purchasing Segment
Directors and ensure region specifics and needs are addressed in the strategy of the segment(s)
- Deploys the segment(s) strategy in all sites of the region
- Prepares and drives annual purchasing budget process for the segment(s) in the region:
- Thoroughly analyze spend to detect saving opportunities
- Develops aggressive QCD improvement plan and obtains GSD validation
- Monitors and produces analysis on key performance indicators
- Collaborates with Group and Regional segment(s) team to maximize value to the business and deploy best practices

? Supplier Management :
- Builds/maintains/enhances relationships with suppliers assigned by Group Indirect Purchasing Segment Directors

応募条件

■求める経験
・Education: A Bachelors degree or equivalent is required.

・Professional Experience/Skills:
-A minimum of 10 years of general business experience is required with at least 5 years+ experience in
sourcing/purchasing.
-Work experience in automotive related industry and/or indirect purchasing space is preferrable.
-Project management skill is required
-Experience in supplier management, competitive bidding, negotiation, writing contracts is required
-Experience with multi-site operations is preferred

・Languages:
-Japanese :Fluent
-English :Business level

・IT:
-Microsoft Excel,Word and Power Point skills are required
-Conceptual understanding SAP is preferred
