- 【Mission】
・Achieve KPIs of the segment(s) in charge
・Contribute to fulfilling business goals of the department
<Main responsibilities>
@Segment Management :
- Deploys the segment(s) strategy in all sites of the region in close collaboration with GSL
(Group Segment Leader) and local segment leader
- Contribute to annual purchasing budget process for the segment(s) in the region:
・Thoroughly analyze spend to detect saving opportunities
・Monitors and produces analysis on key performance indicators
- Collaborates with Group and Regional segment(s) teams to maximize value to the business and deploy best practices
@Supplier Management :
- Builds and maintains relationships with suppliers assigned by Group Indirect Purchasing Segment
@Stakeholder Management :
- Ensures appropriate stakeholders are identified and managed
@Sourcing Process Management:
- Manages the sourcing process such as supplier panel,RFI,RFP, Pre-So Co (Sourcing Committee) ,
@Proactive Cost Management :
- Achieves co

■求める経験
・A Bachelors degree or equivalent is required.
・A minimum of 7 years of general business experience is required with at least 3 years+ experience in
sourcing/purchasing of tooling and/or investment.
・Work experience in automotive related industry and/or indirect purchasing space is preferable.
・Project management skill is required
・Experience in supplier management, competitive bidding, negotiation, writing contracts is required
・Experience with multi-site operations is preferred
・English skill
