仕事内容

　Responsibilities: To meet the sales objectives set by / agreed upon with the management for the namely designated customers. To maximize the business for all Infineon products at designated customers according to the business development programs agreed with management / Headquarter. To meet the service objectives dealing with all sales and service issues from a customer satisfaction perspective. To co-ordinate the formal and contractually relevant communication to the designated customers. To look out for new accounts for Infineon, which meet the required segment criteria
? Relationship Management: Understands the customer profile (structure, organization, strategy, finance, semiconductor consumption, etc.), provides Infineon with all relevant information, keeps the customer's contacts database up to date. Secures, directly and / or through the contribution of other organization’s competencies, the Infineon access to all relevant decision centers of the customer. Secures through regu

? 3-5 years sales experience (Semiconductor industry preferred)
? Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with customers and headquarter in English and Japanese
? Business English skills (Email/Reading Manual/Conversation/Phone conversation/Teleconference) 英語語学力（TOEIC650以上）
? Native Japanese speaker with excellent communication and reporting skills
? Basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
