・Ensure Project performance objectives (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery and Timing) in the management of Projects. Ensure Project or System coordination to achieve all projects launch(es) in compliance with Company's and Customer expectations.
【Responsibilities】
@Manage operationally and functionally the Projects he/she is assigned to:
・Manage OEM/OES Projects (Component, System with known technology components, …)
・Is responsible for the achievement of the Project KPI in terms of profitability (both product/development vs Development Activity Payback and Extended Margin), Quality and Production Preparation
・Secure Project resources and control them
・Drive the Associated P2 Actors in case of P2 not completed in P1
・Solve all project issues requiring any type of support of all suitable functions via the Project Escalation
・Check and validate Project Team Members’ activities and proposes timing scenario to achieve milestones
・Could conduct concept competitions to obtain
【OBJECTIVE】
・Manage cost reduction by continuously reducing material , labor and overhead for products. He shall perform following productivity activities to improve T35/M96/T36 profit
・Promote to Material Index improvement (Technical, Resource, VPS, Logistic)
・Promote to Overhead, Logistic cost and Direct labor cost improvement
・Global productivity of internal company
・Coordinate and Assist other related department to proceed productivity improvement.

【TASKS】
・Encourage the search for new ideas, collect and pass them on to related department for processing them
・Set up target, promotion for each productive activity
・Decide on key actions, focus efforts on these actions.

【Responsibilities】

・Ensure Program or System coordination to achieve all projects launch(es) in compliance with company and Customer expectations. In the case of driving many sub-projects he/she is main customer interface for his/her System/Program Project ; coach P1 Projects Managers
