・You are a Validation Engineer of Company's Bluetooh transceiver unit (BT Trx) for the BT smartphone remote parking system mass production development project for coming business.
・Your main role are to check the BT Trx behavior at each company's sample release.
・As a main representative, you are the interface between or our customers (Japanese OEM) when do vehicle test, located in our customer office.
【Responsibilities】
Methodology
・For our customer issues, cooperate with system engineers to do first analysis.
・Prepare test environments, create test cases, manage test results, issue company's internal detection reports, reproduce customer detected issues. Collect logs and share to development team.

・You are a HW engineer for Company's Telematics e-call unit (TCU) mass production development team of award business.
・You are belonging to Japan local support team lead by System engineer.
・Your main role is a local support to the HW engineering items. Working close with our customer and with Valeo oversea design engineer.
・A local support to all customer sites vehicle test and system test are assigned to you.
【Responsibilities】

・Based on company's platform and customer requirements, work close with our customer to clarify their all expectations and feed back to company's design team.
・A local support for customer issue reports is one of your major role. Find the root cause, and find the countermeasure discussing with internal design engineer.

・Hierarchically manage his group of engineers/technicians in System engineering. Especially ensure the right level of
capabilities, competencies and expertise.
・Responsible to deploy and implements the “state of the art” standards, processes, methods & tools in his department
・Participate to the improvement of the standards, process, methods & tools in System engineering in relation with his
System engineering network especially the System metier manager/director.
・Check/audit the implementation of the standards (RAISE)
Adaptation of system functionality according customer requirements by tuning parameters or SW change
- Evaluation/analysis of application tests and generating finding reports
- Illustrating solutions to customers based on identified findings
- Implement development process according ISO 15504 (SPICE) and ISO 12207 (System Integration Test & System Test)
- Select appropriate application tools, application equipment, measurement equipment and SW. If needed support to
develop new
- Automotive experience with practical experience, if possible, with data recording in vehicle on e.g. CANoe, ADTF
- Check / ensure functional safety on system level is followed
- Presentation of the system performance in front of customers and management

【OBJECTIVE】
Manage cost reduction by continuously reducing material , labor and overhead for products. He shall perform following productivity activities to improve T35/M96/T36 profit

・Promote to Overhead, Logistic cost and Direct labor cost improvement
