- 【仕事の内容 募集背景】
・サーマル（カーエアコン）事業部、フロントエンドモジュール製品の全般、及びアクティブグリルシャッターの開発における、プロダクトテクニカルマネージャのポジションです。
・プロジェクトにおいて、開発部のリーダーとして、社内エキスパートの支援をうけながら、技術面、スケジュール面のマネージメントをしていだき、、プロジェクトマネージャおよび他のプロジェクトチームと連携し、プロジェクトを進めていきます。
【Mission】
・Development of Front End Module and Active Grille Shutter
・Product Technical Manager is accountable for the deliverables of R&D to ensure success of the project.
・He is responsible for the detailed scheduling and engineering of R&D activities with support of Expert.
・Product Technical Manager take lead for Engineers to proceed R&D activity.
【ミッション】
・フロントエンドモジュール、及びアクティブグリルシャッターの開発
・プロジェクトの成功を確実にするために、製品テクニカルマネージャは研究開発の成果物に対して責任を負います。
・エキスパートの支援を受けながら、R＆D活動の詳細なスケジューリングとエンジニアリングを担当。
