- Mission:
- Development of Front End Module and Active Grille Shutter
- For the successful development of the project, is responsible for all the R&D deliverables of design and development.
- Responsible for detailed scheduling and resource planning of design and development activities.
- As a leader of the design development team, lead concrete activities.
ミッション:
- フロントエンドモジュール、及びアクティブグリルシャッターの開発
- 開発プロジェクトの成功の為、設計開発の達成目標をアウトプットする。
- 設計開発活動の詳細なスケジューリングとリソースプランを担当する。
- 設計開発チームのリーダーとして、具体的な活動をリードする。
Responsibility to achievement goals:
- Output targets for each milestone of the development project schedule.
- To achieve target cost and realize robust design.
- To compliant with design standards and be responsible for modifying them as necessary.
- To conduct design reviews with experts for each product and technology to ensure company's design quality.
- Ensure concurrent engineering with other functions.
- Represent design development for customers.

大卒以上
■求める経験
Engineering/Master degree エンジニア専攻
Japanese： Native or JLPT-2 & above 日本語N2以上
English： Professional proficiency(TOEIC 700）英語 TOEIC700くらい
大卒以上
日本語：ネイティブレベル or JLPT-2以上
英語： ビジネスレベル（TOEIC700 or 同等レベル）
【Must requirements】
- Have minimum 5 years of experience in design, development and drawing creation on plastic or metallic parts.
in Automobile, or other manufacturing industries
【必須条件】
- 樹脂製品、またはメタル製品どちらかの設計開発経験5年以上
-自動車部品または、鉄道、機械製造、電力およぎエネルギー産業などの製造業での設計経験
【Preferable requirements】
- Have experience as design team leader.
- Automotive industry experience on Exterior trim, Electrical & Cooling products.
- Possible to calculate theoretical values in a simple model for strength, rigidity, fatigue, vibration, etc., or calculate using finite element method.
- For resin injection molded parts or sheet metal press parts, able to design products in consideration of tooling feasibility and assembly process.
- Have experience on testing of the parts during development by self.
- Is able to negotiate and coordinate with people from various departments inside and outside the company.
【あれば望ましい条件】
- 設計チームリーダーの経験がある。
- 自動車外装部品、電装品、冷却製品などの設計と開発の経験。
- 強度、剛性、疲労、振動等の簡易モデルでの理論値計算が出来る、もしくは有限要素法などを用いた計算が出来る。
- 樹脂射出成型部品、もしくは板金プレス部品について、金型構造、組み立て工程を考慮した設計が出来る。
- 開発に係わる実験を、自ら行った経験がある。 - 必要スキル
