<Mission>
・Customer interface for Quality matters in for the assigned P0 projects
・Monitor and Control the conformity on Modifications process
・Main customer is Nissan and main sites to support is Wenling China

<Responsibilities>
・Ensure good coordination of the customer communication between VWS sites (mainly Wenling plant) and the customers in Japan.
・First quick actions to the customer plants with GRE for any quality issues.
・Support VWS sites (mainly Wenling plant) for
・Quality improvements activities at VWS sites
・Process audit for Wenling plant by the customers
・Nissan regular meeting (SQM etc. )
・Ensure 4M matrix respect with regards product or process changes and ensure customer awareness and approval of changes in accordance with the 4M matrix
・Ensure CIP is respected and especially Build In Quality Standards : SPPC tracking sheet is used ? SPPC identification procedure is respected ? SPPC transfer to Supplier thru the VRFs

・To supervise the assignment and work hour for CAE engineers (at development center and/or at back office engineering center)
・To report CAE activity by project
・To contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments
【Digitalisation】
・To deploy and train RO teams on digitalisation methodology
・To investigate opportunities to limit required testing and reduce development & validation costs with CAE analysis.
・To advise on design tuning according simulation results
・To coordinate design team and simulation
【Metier networking】
・To support BG team development and validation of simulation methods/rules.
・To support investigation/evaluation of advanced simulation methods and tools (unsteady simulation, EXA, Wave,etc)
【Mission】
・Product Technical Manager is accountable for the deliverables of R&D due to ensure the success of the project

【Responsibilities】
Accountable for the deliverables:
・Apply the specific PDP of his/her PG/PL following CPM (CLEAN Project Management)
・In charge of the robust design in line with the economical targets
・Applies Standardization rules, exceptionally will request destandardizations based on sound justifications
・Call for all necessary design reviews
・Make sure that Design Reviews of other networks are happening in a timely manner (Purchase, Industrial)
・Represent the R&D function at the customer, compliance matrix filled and accepted by customer
・Interface with the customer for the R&D subjects of the project, break down and cascade internally customer
requests and needs

・To provide system requirements/specifications to drive component design to meet future control system needs
