- the mechanical/electrical/electronic architecture of control head
- the validation and the components in HVAC systems
Electrical/Electronic architecture of Control Panel - Control Ecu (AC or HP ecu)
To specify Input/Output/connector
To define functional block diagram
To validate HW architecture proposed by supplier (other company's entity or external supplier)
To validate micro-controller type and performance
Mechanical architecture of control panel
To specify HMI architecture (knob, push, slider position)
To specify haptic performance of HMI
To specify lever stroke and torque at HVAC interface (Bowden cable)
To validated technical solution proposed by supplier
Management of supplier
To lead functional specifications
To control development at supplier and define action plan to go back on tracks if needed
To check DV P&R and confirm validation results
