Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the role of Hardware Engineer:
-- Ensures smooth communication between the core Hardware R&D Team and customer in regards to all Hardware related topics at component level.
-- Works on inside the Hardware scope of the component project using a Hardware architecture.
-- Confirms the content of Releases (internal and to the customer) on request of the Hardware
Lead.
-- In case of deviations defines countermeasures together with the Hardware Lead and core team.
Clarify Hardware Requirement, evaluation / development of Hardware components

Customer interface and TDP contribution
- Based on the highlights of the project scope, contribute to the construction of the TDP(s) around components, products,
systems, integrating customer trends and drivers
- Manage the customer Intimacy with regular meeting.

Manage HW development projects and dedicated members
- Implement Standardization strategy, escalate Lessons Learned to improve the Standards
- In charge of the robust design in line with Industrial network for manufacturability
- Implement methodologies (ex.: CIP) and Tools (ex.: PLM) necessary to the developments
Resources and budget management
- Define with the site R&D Manager and the metier department the assignment of teams on his projects
- Define with the R&D Managers the competence which will be require in short and medium term for the projects

Software Architect is allocated to a software development project. He/She conducts embedded software architecture design to realize the software requirements described in Software Requirement Specification.
【Responsibilities】
@He or She is in charge of embedded software architecture design for ADAS (Camera, etc) software.
~Software architecture design contains~
1. Static design
2. Dynamic design
3. Performance estimation (ROM, RAM, CPU load)
@To realize the software requirements, he/she needs to consider the following things to design architecture.
1. Hardware constraints?ROM, RAM, CPU etc.
2. Real time constrains.
3. Functional Safety requirements if applicable?ISO26262.
4. Cyber security requirements if applicable.
5. Framework constrains?AUTOAR, non-OS, non-AUTOSAR.
