- 担当: 派遣会社、業務委託会社、人事関連サービス(研修会社など)、またIT,TelecomなどTemp Segment Management for worker/Outsourcing, IT/Telecom
【Segment Management】
- Deploys the segment(s) strategy in all sites of the region in close collaboration with GSL
(Group Segment Leader) and local segment leader
- Contribute to annual purchasing budget process for the segment(s) in the region:
- Thoroughly analyze spend to detect saving opportunities
- Monitors and produces analysis on key performance indicators
- Collaborates with Group and Regional segment(s) teams to maximize value to the business and deploy best practices
【Supplier Management】
- Builds and maintains relationships with suppliers assigned by Group Indirect Purchasing Segment
Directors (global suppliers) and by Region Indirect Purchasing Manager (region suppliers) in order to achieve QCD
【performance】
- Conducts Group / Region negotiation
- Pilots Top Worst Suppliers meetings
- Proposes NBOH when necessary
- Is the escalation point in case of crisis

大卒以上

購買のご経験3年以上
【尚可】
派遣会社、業務委託会社関連の業務をおこなっていたご経験
【Qualifications】
-A minimum of 7 years of general business experience is required with at least 3 years+ experience in sourcing/
purchasing.
-Work experience in automotive related industry and/or indirect purchasing space is preferable.
-Project management skill is required
-Experience in supplier management, competitive bidding, negotiation, writing contracts is required
-Experience with multi-site operations is preferred
