仕事内容

【Technical Management】
1. Responsible for the artifacts of his role
2. Ensures that the integration process is followed.
3. Highlights issues found to the SW PM Lead.
4. He/she is responsible for the SW Integration Plan.
5. Automate the SW Integration process to reduce manual tasks.
6. Defines, tracks and reports the Key Process Indicators (KPI).
7. Continuously improves the SW Integration Process (based on the KPI).
8. Continuously reports the current status of the SW Integration to the SW PM Lead.
【Authorities】
・Block a release if defined criteria are not fulfilled
1. Reject (to be integrated) deliveries if they do not comply to entry criteria
2. Request all input which is necessary to fulfill the responsibilities
【Skills】
・Knowledge of embedded software and system
1. Excellent knowledge of build process and tools
2. Knowledge of used problem resolution management tool (Team Forge), Knowledge of used test methods and development tools
3. Knowledge of process models (e.g. Automotive
