仕事内容
The Customer Marketing Manager is an individual contributor role, and part of a cross-functional team assigned to support automotive car manufacturer (OEM) customers. Utilizing knowledge of company's Corporation’s “Essence and Values” together with divisional and customer team strategic objectives, the Marketing Manager will represent company to Automotive OEM customers. The Marketing Manager has responsibilities that include supporting the development & execution of business development strategies and initiatives (sell-in), defining & leveraging market intelligence in the pursuit of new business development opportunities, leading cross-functional team in developing customer engagement planning and execution, leading vehicle program launch integration strategy (co-marketing and co-promotion, and supporting customer relationships management activities).

【Talent, Knowledge, Skills and Education】
・8-10 years of experience in business-to-business marketing, preferably with audio, technology, electronics, or engineering products or services.
・Automotive industry experience strongly desired.
・Experience in business-to-business marketing & development, customer relationship management, project management, marketing communications.
・Creativity to develop new and innovative ways for companies to connect with customers.
・Excellent communication skills are essential since these professionals are in customer-facing roles.
・Strong analytical skills will allow customer marketing managers to analyze customer data and determine campaigns that will be effective.
・Superior attention to detail is needed to ensure managers are creating campaigns that accurately capture both the companies' and customers' needs.
・Customer marketing managers will need strong technical skills, including experience with CRM, digital marketing tools and channels, and B2B marketing.
・Bachelor’s degree required, with preferred concentration in Marketing, Business Management, or Engineering. MBA desirable.
・Fluent in English. Verbal and written. Strong business vocabulary.

    Company's Automotive Systems employs product communications design (PCD) managers to articulate the value proposition of company experiences and enabling technologies. PCD managers are first and foremost gifted storytellers, capable of synthesizing complicated technical information and distilling it into an essence that may be communicated in a number of different ways. PCD managers must be facile with many types of communication and demonstrations including oral/spoken word, graphical presentations, discussions with small and large groups, interactions with members of the media, and the design and deployment of physical demonstration properties in multiple scenarios from internal discussions all the way to large scale events such as auto shows and global consumer electronics conventions.
