- 【Responsibility】
1) Supports the implementation of customer strategy
2) Manages all relevant activities in approved K1/K2 projects to achieve defined targets
3) Documents and maintains all projects in company's systems by ensuring high data quality
4) Prepares and supports project related negotiations with customer
5) Ensures successful development of orders during K1/K2 process considering customer specific agreements
6) Suggests cost optimization to Account Manager/Global Account Director and/or Program Director
7) Defines boundary conditions and supports the (pre-) calculation of prototype- and serial production
8) Prepares necessary data for sales planning
9) Leads order- and acquisition-related customer meetings incl. negotiations
10) Expands customer relationship for commodity
11) Maintains a strong customer orientation within the company
12) Informs respective superiors about customer related affairs in some particular cases:

■求める経験
1) Fluent business communication in English and Japanese, communicative
2) 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Automotive Industry, Engine/Exhaust
3) Responsible for the sales management of multiple projects (K1-K3)
4) Conducts negotiations with customers
5) Working in international teams
