- About the role
The foundry quality manager is responsible for the quality management compliance at an external front-end factory (foundry). The role is reporting into the Front-end Quality Sr Manager.
What you will do
? Quality stakeholder to enable fab qualification (MOSFET, GaN, Diodes)
? Management of day-to-day operational management with external foundries in Japan
? Qualification, including auditing, of foundries and suppliers with VDA 6.3
? Management and approval of product non-conformity requests and process change notes
? Support of customer visits and audits at foundry as Nexperia face-to-the-customer

What you will need
? Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering, physics or chemistry
? Expert with Quality standards like ISO, IATF, AIAG and VDA
? VDA and IATF auditor
? Japanese and English spoken and written fluently
? Semiconductor manufacturing experience
? Problem solving methodologies and quality tools like 8D and 5why
? Excellent communication and interfacing in teams
? Strong negotiation skills
? Strong analytical thinking
