【Job Details】
The Automotive Systems Division (ASD) at company is seeking an Account Manager to work in our office in Hiroshima, Japan. Primary responsibilities will include managing our commercial relationships with existing customers in Japan. This mainly includes selling new product/technology, RFP/RFQ management, price management, requirements capturing, contract review, forecasting, change requests, and product development support. This role also includes working as part of a global, cross-functional team to identify, pursue, and secure new business development opportunities. ■求める経験
【Education】
Four-year college degree in Business, Engineering, or Finance. MBA is preferred but not required.
【Experience and qualifications】
1) 5+ years work experience in the automotive industry in a sales or business development role at a Tier 1 supplier selling factory-installed components directly to OEM’s
2) 5+ years work experience at a U.S. or European automotive supplier is preferred. Experience working or studying in the U.S. or Europe is also preferred.
3) Language: Fluent to speak, read, and write in English at a business level.
4) Experience selling audio, software, or complex electrical systems is required.
5) Strong analytical, business, communication, and organizational skills are required. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively solve problems across time zones, cultures, and functions.
