- 【About the Role】
Lead customer interface position with OEM responsible for ensuring customer quality and service and support requirements are achieved satisfactorily for car audio systems / infotainment systems supplied to OEM.
? Work closely with multiple functions and teams - inside OEM and company - to improve quality and customer satisfaction peformance and reduce cost of quality, helping growth of our business.
? Main interface groups inside OEM include vehicle assembly plants for delivered quality, and OEM Eng. and OEM CQE for field / warranty quality.
? Work for quality improvement through all phases of the product lifecycle; mainly from pre-preproduction, new launch, serial production (0-Km) and field quality in planning and executing activities.

・Maintain an expert knowledge level of OEM’s quality requirements and ensure these requirements are understood, clearly communicated and are met by company, including fulfillment and compliance to OEM’s Supplier A

■求める経験
【What You Need】
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics (preferable), Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
? Experience: A minimum of 7 to 10 years of related work experience preferably working in audio, automotive or electronics industries. Direct experience in quality is required, preferable working with OEM.
・Knowledge of high volume manufacturing production processes, electronics and assembly is required. Knowledge of semiconductors (Supplier FA’s) would be advantageous.
・Candidate must have experience and capabilities to communicate and working smoothly in multi-cultural environments with overseas teams.
・Competent skills or aptitudes using test equipment such as oscilloscope, signal generator, multi-meter will be considered an asset.
・Any kind of software programming skills is also a desired skill although not absolutely required.
・Excellent judgment/common sense, integrity and ethics
・Have mindset based on critical thinking / logical thinking to find root cause of issues and take initiative and work independently to implement good solutions. Be a co-operative, collaborative team player.
・Language Skills: Business proficiency level to communicate comfortably and effectively in both spoken and written Japanese and English is required
