The main responsibilities of the role of CDV(Comfort Driving Assistant) RO(Regional Operation ) R&D Manager/Director:
・Responsible for understanding OEM Driving Assistance system product specifications and functional requirements as
main technical contact between customer and company's R&D teams.
・Construct and execute the Driving Assistance system product development plan, validation plan and testing for
integration to the vehicle.
・Must follow the company' s standards.
・Manage customer relationship and keep communicate with company's R&D team regularly.
・Manage group members and related activities. Organize group member’s task assignment and training plan.
・Help to get consensus for both customer and company's R&D at overseas sites. Required translation of technical documents
for understanding by overseas team.
・Must have excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to work with customers effectively.

Adaptation of system functionality according customer requirements by tuning parameters or SW change
- Evaluation/analysis of application tests and generating finding reports
- Illustrating solutions to customers based on identified findings
- Implement development process according ISO 15504 (SPICE) and ISO 12207 (System Integration Test & System Test)
- Select appropriate application tools, application equipment, measurement equipment and SW. If needed support to
develop new
- Automotive experience with practical experience, if possible, with data recording in vehicle on e.g. CANoe, ADTF
- Check / ensure functional safety on system level is followed
- Presentation of the system performance in front of customers and management
