【Mission】
Operation Manager represents DSF at customer and has to ensure that the delivered system fulfills the R&D related customer requirements and expectations. Op Manager is leading and coordinating a multidisciplinary R&D Team at system level.
【Responsibilities】
Accountable for the deliverables:
・Customer intimacy for all related R&D DSF topics and cascade internally
・Apply the DSF PDP (Product Development Process) following SMART (single system for system/software development) approach applied on products development
・In charge of the robust design in line with the economical targets
・Bridging between Japanese customer expectation, company's Site and PL HQ
・Applies Standardization rules, exceptionally will request destandardizations based on sound justifications
・Make sure that Design Reviews of other networks are happening in a timely manner (Purchase, Industrial)
・Report and escalate to project management or R&D director/global customer group operation manager as needed

・Contributes Embedded software development for Interior control product (Steering wheel switch, Interior radar, Window Lifter Switch etc. ).
・Contributes SW requirement analysis, SW design, SW testing and SW issues analysis with oversea R&D team (Europe, Egypt).
・Contributes success of RFI/RFQ activities with oversea R&D team (Europe, Egypt), system team and hardware team.

【Mission】
・Astthe main representative for selected functions development in project team, you are the interface between customers and company's teams.
You assist at the customer's premises the R&D functions during the whole project development and support the company's Function Owner with the technical management of development, integration & introduction to manufacturing of product.
・Coordinate overseas development team to ensure functions implementation in time and according to customer requirements.
・Communicate with other development teams to integrate the functions into the global system architecture.
・Organize and manage all design review event for both internal and external.

The main responsibilities of the role of Software Quality Engineer:
・Analyzes the Project Assessment Report
・A pplies problem solving methodology according to company's Project QRQC
・Monitors and track preventive and containment actions to closure
・Contributes to the creation of the Project Quality Report (SWPQR)
・Conduct SW Increment Audit and creates SW increment Audit Report (SWINCAR)
・Conducts Process Audits and creates Process Audit Report (SWPOCAR)
・Conducts Product Audit Report and creates Product Audit Report (SWPRDAR).
【The main responsibilities of the role of System Engineer (Function Owner)】
・Responsible for understanding OEM system requirement specifications and functional requirements as main technical
contact between customer and company's development team.
・Construct and execute the function development plan, validation plan and testing for integration to the vehicle.
・Define software architecture and specification to achieve customer requirements
・Specify System Requirement, evaluation / development of system components
・Design of software features and requirements according to company's standards based on customer’s request
・Help to get consensus for both customer and company's R&D at overseas sites.
・Required translation of technical documents for understanding by overseas team.
・Must have excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to work with customers effectively.
・Provide guidance to the team member’s activities to improve the quality and to solve the issues.
