    【Mission】
    1:Set up and implement all Supply Chain activities for new products from suppliers and customers
    2:Manage the P1/P0 new products suppluy chain.
    3:Participate in the line/industrial transfer projects.
    4:Apply the supply chain standards to new products and products phase out.

    【Responsibilities】
    1: ・Prepare FPD in terms of logistics.
    ・Is responsible for correctives actions plan follow up after FPD.
    ・Implement all supply chain activities for products managed by project teams in term of :
    - Transportation flow: internal (i.e. Small train) and External (1.e. Milkrun)
    - Packaging: Small containers deployment and packaging standardisation.

    - ERP system: Logistics MRP readiness, ERP tolls and EDI/Web EDI set up cordination.
    ・Be involved in the definition of project logisics process standards.
    2: ・Market shipments of P1/P0 deliveries.
    ・Define components deliveries and finished goods schedules for pre serial production.

    【Mission】
    ・Lead and manage the Plant Supply Chain team with the objectives of maximizing the service level, minimizing the
    logistic costs and inventories and accelerating the physical flows from suppliers to customers;
    ・Ensure the best service level to the customers (internal and external customers) at the lower cost level (logistics,
    current inventory and physical flows).
    ・Manage together with his/her team both the physical and information flow from the customers to the suppliers
    ・Ensure that company's Supply Chain Strategy is deployed in the plant

    【Responsibilities】
    ・Lead the Supply Chain Team on the basis of the company's 5 axes
    ・Ensure the Supply Chain Interface between customers and suppliers
    ・Supervise the consolidated SIOP and MPS of the plant
    ・Ensure the quality of customer deliveries and of vendor delivery plan in terms of deadlines, quantities and
    costs
    ・Control all physical flows (including freight) and information flows, both internally and externally
