- 【Mission】
・Ensure the profitable growth of PG sales for all customers in his/her region, defining the regional commercial strategy in coordination with PG.
・For customers where Product Group is not representing or have a really low level of Sales, Ensure business development of all the Product Line of the Product Group from a commercial and technical viewpoint, prospecting and identifying growth potential with the support of the local R&D team.
・Coordinate the commercial budget & MTP (Mid Term Plan) and drive CDP (Customer Development Plan) process for his/her customer in the Product Group.
・Japan Sales Manager is accountable for:
-Consistency of the regional selling prices
-Delivering Product Group commercial objectives with a given customer: Growth, Turnover, Market shares, Order Intake, Price Management
