【Major Responsibilities】
・Plan and manage the execution of the overall program /Supplemental restraint system.
・Track program deliverables, profitability, budget and timing; Report the overall status of the program within the organization on a regular basis.
・Support customer regular meetings and overall customer communication; Work closely with Application Engineering and Sales in order to identify and address customer requests.
・Identify potential risks and establish mitigation plans; Conduct regular meetings with the project team.
・Organize and conduct ZF internal milestone meetings (Gate Reviews).
【Major Responsibilities】
・Prepare and rework the total project plan including time and budget planning in accordance to GDPIM
・Margin and profit responsibility for product / investments / tooling and development.
・Coordination of Advanced Quality Planning

・get involved in the selection of suppliers
・manage suppliers and outsourcing companies (schedule, costs, quality)
・test and verify code from suppliers
・support integration of software into robots of customers
・support development of high-level robot control for use-cases in manufacturing
・work in international team with global footprint
・be part of the robotics speed reducer development team
・obtain and discuss requirements with customers
・develop speed reducers, strain wave and planetary type (focus on wave type)
・get involved in prototype testing and manufacturing preparation
・get involved in the selection of suppliers
・manage suppliers and outsourcing companies (schedule, costs, quality)
・support integration of speed reducers into robots of customers

【Mission】
・You are a HW engineer for company's Telematics e-call unit (TCU) mass production development team of award business.
・You are belonging to Japan local support team lead by System engineer.
・Your main role is a local support to the HW engineering items. Working close with our customer and with Company's oversea design engineer.
A local support to all customer sites vehicle test and system test are assigned to you.

・A local support for customer issue reports is one of your major role. Find the root cause, and find the counter measure discussing with internal design engineer.
